He shared valuable insights into how this generation prioritizes purpose-driven work, flexibility, inclusivity, and personal well-being, as well as their desire to live in vibrant, connected communities that offer a strong sense of belonging. His remarks sparked thoughtful discussion on how our region can better attract and retain young talent.
