Membership Qualifications
Membership is intended for individuals who are committed to Chesapeake’s continued success and who can contribute meaningful leadership perspectives.
Applicants should:
- Hold a senior leadership position (C-suite executive, owner, president, partner, executive director or comparable leadership role)
- Live in or conduct business within the City of Chesapeake
- Support the mission and objectives of the Chesapeake Alliance
Annual Membership Dues: $1,250
What to Expect
General Membership Meetings are held on the third Tuesday in February, April, June, August, October and December and combine networking with educational programming.
Meetings begin with a brief business update followed by a featured presentation from respected local, regional or national experts. Topics focus on issues influencing Chesapeake’s future, including economic development, housing, transportation, infrastructure, land use, workforce development and other community priorities.
Whether you choose to simply listen or actively participate in the discussion, you’ll leave with valuable insights, new connections, and a deeper understanding of the issues shaping our community.
